Achieved during this period
- The inclusion of a QCC Clubmans class in the Annual Queenstown Classic Road Race .
- Started Cromwell Street Pursuit Sprints with Lindsay Read ( original Industrial area)
- Initiated discussion between Cromwell District Council & QCC for race track land (Highlands Park)
- Simultaneously on organizing committees for Queenstown Classic Road Race / Coronet Peak Hill Climb / Cromwell Pursuit Sprints

- Won two SIFF Championships
Reynard SF 84 - 2 litre slicks and wings , competing in Formula Libre Class against Formula 5000 , F Holden ,F Atlantic/ Pacific , F 1 , Can Am .
Class lap records set at Teretonga & Levels , 2nd place Lady Wigram Trophy , 75 % Podium rating.
