2021 AGM (Rescheduled)

Due to covid lockdowns we had to reschedule our AGM and prizegiving , but we will be going ahead under level 2 and would like to see you all there for a beer and a few laughs as we reflect on the year gone and plan for the year ahead.

 THURSDAY, 7 OCTOBER 2021 AT 19:30 - Holiday Inn Queenstown Frankton Road

 First drink and nibbles will be provided

 As a reminder the committee will be presenting an updated constitution for approval at the AGM. The review was undertaken by Stuart Maclean and is universally supported by the committee. The changes reflect what the club is currently doing in practice. The updated constitution and a blackline against the current version is available under the “About Us” tab on our new website.
